Owner & Senior Groomer

Molly began grooming in 2016, starting as a bather/grooming assistant before working her way up to senior groomer.

She has extensive experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and is particularly passionate about rehabilitating dogs who have anxiety or trauma related to grooming.

Kana has been grooming for about 3 years. Her love of grooming began with learning how to groom her own dog, which sparked a passion that led her to become a certified groomer.

Growing up with cats and dogs, Kana has always had a love of animals. She loves watching dogs grow each time they visit the salon. Owners’ happy reactions after a cute groom always make her day.

Zak started grooming at the start of 2025. He has been working with dogs throughout his life through various careers, and is very knowledgable about dog behavior and care requirements.

He loves grooming as he is passionate about contributing positively to each dog’s life and helping to maintain their health.

Zak loves to groom double coated breeds, and particularly loves huskies.

Erin first started in the grooming industry at 18, working as a dog bather for over a year before exploring other career paths, including dog training. She began working at Ralph and JoJo’s in 2024 as a bather, and is currently being trained in dog grooming.

Erin finds working with nervous dogs and watching their confidence grow over time to be the most rewarding part of dog grooming.

Erin particularly loves working with cavoodles, especially those with straight coats.

Ralph is our salon mascot, known for his silly antics and goofy grin. Being a rescue, he has his fair share of quirks and anxieties, but we love him all the same!

JoJo doesn’t spend any time in the salon anymore, which she is pretty happy about! Being the face of a business is tough work, and she deserves all the rest she can get.
